Clear-Span Steel Building
Use when the floor must stay open. State the clear span, eave height, and bay spacing the process equipment needs.
Independent alternative sourcing
CivicLink Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for US project buyers. A search for american buildings company can start the brief. It does not make this desk that manufacturer, a dealer, or a channel for original-brand buildings. The useful next step is a comparable request: use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, and destination.
Not the referenced brand. CivicLink Sourcing holds no dealer appointment for that manufacturer. Alternative pre-engineered steel buildings are quoted after those six items are written in one basis.
Review RFQ Checklist
These are checklist actions, not measured plant output. CivicLink Sourcing does not publish a founding year, a tonnage figure, or a customer count.
Cards below are buyer-defined options for Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings and Steel Warehouses, Workshops and Hangars. An empty photo means no image is on file. It does not mean a building is in stock.
Use when the floor must stay open. State the clear span, eave height, and bay spacing the process equipment needs.
Intermediate columns change the frame weight and the rack layout. Mark bay spacing on the sketch before asking for a price.
Ask for thermal transmittance or R-value of the quoted wall and roof, plus the fire-resistance rating only if the jurisdiction requires that assembly.
Door height, dock approach, and collateral load from sprinklers belong in the warehouse brief. See the application notes.
A crane or a mezzanine changes the primary frame. Say whether that equipment is in the shell or left to a later trade.
Clear door width and tail height drive the end wall. Confirm whether the door is in the quoted package.
Dock doors, floor load, and future rack height set eave height.
Bridge-crane reactions belong on the frame sheet, not in a note after award.
Door stack and clear opening can exceed the wall girt design used on a warehouse.
A partial-height wall and a different wind exposure category need their own lines.
None of these figures is a savings rate, a delivery record, or a count of factories under contract.
Illustrative procurement scenario, not a completed project or customer quote: a county buyer needs a 100 ft by 60 ft warehouse, 24 ft eave height, 25 ft bay spacing, and a 60 ft clear span. The brief records design live load and design dead load as still blank, wind speed 115 mph only if the engineer has already stated it, and ground snow load unknown until the jurisdiction sheet arrives. Process: one factory is asked for a shell with primary frame and purlins, and a second reply must repeat those feet and the destination ZIP before the two totals are placed side by side. Result: the comparison file shows two scope labels and no blended percentage. CivicLink Sourcing does not pick the winner.
CivicLink Sourcing will organize the questions. Price, availability, and code acceptance stay with the supplier and the project professionals. Optional USD budget and a high-end, mid-range, budget, or undecided preference can travel with the form.
QUALIFIED BUSINESS BUYERS
Factory quotations are compared after the building requirement is written down. The support is not a fixed concession.
